About us
Outstanding Property is a small, local company. We own and manage homes in Barrow-in-Furness and Dalton-in-Furness, let room by room to people who work in the area, and we look after them ourselves.
How we work
- We own the homes. No agency between you and us, no fees, and the person you ring is the person who decides.
- We furnish properly. Double beds, real wardrobes, a desk to work at, a TV in every room, kitchens people actually cook in. The video tours show examples of interiors; they do not indicate current availability.
- One weekly number. From £135 a week with gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wi-Fi included. You never chase a housemate for a share of a bill.
- Working households. Our tenants are at BAE Systems, Furness General Hospital, Ørsted, Centrica, the college and local firms. We match people so that shifts and quiet evenings are respected.
- Tell us what you need. Join the interest list with your preferred town and move-in date. We’ll contact you if a room suits your requirements.
Why Furness
Furness brings together the shipyard, hospital, offshore wind operations, gas terminals and local colleges.
